We recommend at least three weeks in advanced. However, depending on location and amount of people we can try our best to accommodate the date you are desiring.
Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $150.
You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your rental period. We require a credit card on file for all rentals to cover any damages or losses.
We understand how life goes, we will work with you on setting the date you would like with no extra charge. However, we must know of the date change at least 72 hours in advanced, otherwise an additional fee of $100 will be charged.
